EditItAll launches an MCP server
EditItAll's MCP server lets AI assistants such as Claude operate its in-browser editors (spreadsheet, PDF, Word, slides, photo, vector and image conversion) on the user's own machine, so files never leave it. It installs as a one-click Claude Desktop extension from edititall.com/ai.
The server launched with 18 tools covering every editor in the suite. An assistant can write formulas into a spreadsheet and read back the results, turn an outline into a slide deck, merge, rotate or extract text from PDFs, write documents, import SVG artwork into the vector editor, and convert images.
It opens the editors in a headless Chrome or Edge on the user's computer, so files are processed on the device, just as they are on edititall.com. Claude Desktop users can install it as a one-click extension; other MCP clients can run the server directly.
